Everyone can be hypnotized. We all go in and out of hypnotic states throughout our day.

There are 5 natural brain wave states: Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta.

Gamma brain waves help you to concentrate. They help you by creating increased mental activity including: perception, problem solving efforts, fear and general consciousness.

The Beta wave state is where you are right now; awake, alert, reading and talking.

When you close your eyes, you go into the Alpha state. We are in and out of this state throughout the day even with our eyes open for instance when you are operating on “autopilot” feeling relaxed while waiting in line or not really paying attention to what you are doing. It’s a bit dreamy. Did you know that our beloved television can put us into alpha which is an opportunity advertisers love. Prayer and meditation can also put us in Alpha. You get the idea.

Theta is the next natural brain wave state. We actually put ourselves into this state naturally two times every day; when we are just falling asleep and just as we are waking up. It is in the Theta state that we work in when doing Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). The Theta state is where all the answers lie as well as the quantum field, where we can heal ourselves naturally. Sometimes these healing happen immediately, sometimes they take time and sometimes we are told that the healing is not appropriate for one reason or another. Sometimes the reason is karma or that you need to accomplish certain things for yourself (like forgiveness, etc.) in order for the healing to take place.

Delta is the brain wave state we are in when we sleep. I think we all understand that state.

Here are a few things you can do prepare for your QHHT or Remote Quantum Healing session:

Set an Intention for an Amazing Experience: Set a clear intention and expect to enter the hypnotic state quickly and easily; expect to connect with your higher self on a whole new level and receive life changing information in your session.

Prepare a List of Questions for Your Higher Self: Have fun with this and don't hold anything back. There are no limits to what you can ask. Make your list early and review it several times before your session, allowing your questions to become very clear and specific. Consider these categories: Your purpose, life path, relationships, job, finances, health, or unexplained events, mysteries, visions or dreams, etc. You can send these to me via email the day before your session.

What to Eat and Drink:

• Avoid alcohol a few days before your session.

• The day of your session, limit your caffeine intake.

• Eat as healthy as possible the night before and the morning of your session. Your session will last several hours, so don’t skip breakfast.

• Drink plenty of water the evening and morning before your session, but start to only sip water an hour before your session. The goal is to minimize the need for any bathroom breaks while your are in the Theta state.

Meditation: Spending a 10-15 minutes daily in meditation is a great way to prepare. Whether you already practice meditation or not, sitting quietly in a meditative state will help you connect with your Higher Self. Please set aside a few minutes the morning of your session to sit quietly, focus on peace and align with your intention.

Guided Meditations: There are many guided meditations on YouTube that can help you practice visualization. I can provide links to these if needed.

Each regression is unique to the individual person. It's best to have no expectations and to be open and trust that your higher self has guided you here and has an amazing experience waiting for you. With that being said, the session will follow this pattern:

You can expect to sit down one-on-one with Kay for a private conversation to get to know one another before the hypnosis takes place. We will briefly discuss your life’s journey, focusing on the most significant events that have shaped your life, including things you have overcome and the challenges you are still facing. This will give us an overview of your life and set the stage to review the list of questions you would like to find the answers to.

Once you feel comfortable and ready, you will be guided into a relaxing trance-like state. At this point, we are ready to begin a time-traveling journey into a past, parallel or future life, as we trust the guidance of your higher self to provide the best possible experience for you depending upon what they deem most valuable to you at this time.

Then, using the questions you provided, Kay will engage your higher self (also known as the subconscious or super-conscious self); this is the part of you that knows everything about you, loves and cares for you in the deepest possible ways. Once we have addressed all of your questions, you will slowly be brought out of the trance state and review your experience.

A Quantum Healing Session takes about 4-6 hours. We’ll spend time talking before the session begins so we get to know one another. Then the actual hypnosis session will last somewhere around 2-3 hours. Then we’ll chat again afterward. (See the "What can I expect?" tab in FAQs.)

An audio recording will be emailed to you after your session.

It is crucial to play your recording several times after your session to allow the information to be integrated into your conscious awareness. As you listen to the replay, you may gain deeper understanding and greater clarity of the information that was shared. You will also be reminded of the guidance that your higher self provided, which will aid you in implementing it.

The cost of a session is $444. Payment is due 1 week prior to the scheduled session. Payment methods will be provided via email at that time.

Yes! Group Past Life Regression Workshops are so much fun! These are offered for retreats, conferences or as private sessions with a small group of your closest friends. Wherever people are gathered there is an opportunity to include this modality. Length of the sessions and cost will vary depending on the number of participants and location. The most valuable experience ever! Both sessions were expansive and empowering. My life is so different since my two sessions. I now know how to connect to my inner self routinely, which changes everything about how I feel, think and behave. I no longer drag myself through life wondering who I am and why I’m here. Interesting side note: My higher self chose not to answer many of the questions I brought to each session. Instead, I was taken to specific times in my soul’s journey that proved far more valuable than the petty little stuff I wanted to know. My higher self let me experience my soul energy in ways that graciously changed the way I see myself – that empowered me – that fueled me through the next step of my Earth journey. These experiences changed how I see everything – the world around me, who I am, why I came to Earth and what lies ahead for me. 1) What were you looking for when you scheduled your QHHT session? When I reached out to Kay, I was struggling with fear of the future and was feeling stuck in my life. I was feeling that I was repeating the same mistakes and not learning from them to move forward. So for the QHHT session, I was looking for a deep dive into my Subconscious, as a way to get unstuck. I was looking for information that could be available, but not yet in my conscious awareness. 2) Did you gain valuable insight in your QHHT session? Oh I did! One of the many learnings was around my communication. I always thought I had a block in my throat that was preventing me from speaking my truth. During the session, I was presented with another perspective that I would not have been able to see by myself. My desperate need for validation from others was exposed as the source of my communication problems. Because I was trying to get approval from others, I was not allowing myself to speak authentically. So now rather than focusing on unblocking my perfectly fine throat (!), I know that I have to work on speaking my truth without fear of rejection or judgement from others. I also got different perspectives on many topics, including my spiritual journey, my relationships to my parents, to my husband, and to my health. 3) How did your QHHT experience affect your life? Did you get what you were looking for? By experiencing the presence of the Subconscious talking through me, I understood that there is this timeless part of me that's always there. A resource that I can always call on when I feel stuck and alone. A source of wisdom that can provide a new perspective, one that shows how each and every experience is benefitting me during my time here on planet Earth. Some answers were very general and universal and can be used throughout my life. Today, after about 9 months after the session, I still listen to it and find valuable information that I can apply in my day to day life. 4) What would you say to someone considering Kay as a QHHT facilitator? Kay is a wonderful facilitator! It was the first time I trusted someone with any form of hypnosis. I'm happy I did it with Kay! We first had a long conversation about my life and current experiences. She made me feel at ease and allowed me to build trust by also sharing aspects of her journey. She also supported the preparation of the session beforehand by sending videos to watch and by asking for a list of questions. She reviewed the questions with me to make sure she understood the intention behind each question.

When I listen to the session recording, I find her so calm and so kind. She gives the space for the answers to come and yet asks for more details when answers are general or very short. She makes sure the answers are clear and relate to the questions directly. She makes sure there is no room for assumption and interpretation of the answers. When answers are vague or general, she gently asks more questions or rephrases them to get more information.
